There is a high turn over rate and getting emails about new policies are put into place on a bi-weekly or weekly basis. If you have an excused absence with a doctors note you will get written up. It’s mandatory for you to know things about staff meetings however, they will not pay you and would rather you watch the meeting while you are having sessions with your client.
