      So much to learn and not enough time to learn it all. Awesome team and great environment. The breaks are always fun and enjoyable with my coworkers.

      Cons

      Unrealistic deadline to complete the project. Long working hours, No work life balance.

      Pros

      I would be completing 4 yrs with organisation very soon and my experience simply amazing.The company has started taking giant steps in achieving its objectives and trajectory seems to be right. Management gives enough freedom to employees to ideate and try new things. We now have Paper Boat in cafeteria... :)

      Cons

      Sometimes structured approach seems amiss where everybody is doing everything. Certain units working in silos.
