      At Appsoft, we are able to work autonomously at our specialties of creating user friendly custom websites.

      Cons

      We are a small company and sometimes it's hard to find employees that are willing to do something outside of their comfort zone.

      I love working at AppSoft. It is a small company with highly intelligent and extremely devoted workers. It really is a family-like atmosphere.

      Cons

      Because it is a small company, taking time off can be problematic, but we work it out.

      Pros

      AppSoft is a great place to work because they have an open floor policy. Every team member has a voice and the President values everyone's input. Employees are guided and not told what to do in a negative way. Plus, there is a ping pong table and foosball table!

      Cons

      No downside to working here.
