      Pros

      There are no pros at this company. If I were you I would stay away, far away. All you have to do it look at the rapid turnover rate - You will be amazed and not in a good way.

      Cons

      All I can say is look at other glass door reviews, they are very truthful. The real con is that a lot of former Microsoft executives are in senior level and C level roles and have brought essentially the same bad habit and practices over. I feel like I am always looking my shoulder and waiting for the next barrage.

      There’s a Theme

      Decent benefits, paid parking and good location.

      Cons

      There seems to be a common theme amongst all the reviews posted. 1. Don’t work here if you are a woman 2. HR is worsening Apptio’s reputation and driving good people away 3. The middle leadership is lacking I worked at Apptio for almost 4 years and couldn’t agree more with all of the above. The women are treated terribly no matter what their job title might be, and what makes it worse is that the women in leadership (especially HR) are a huge part of the problem. The politics in this company are unreal and it’s causing an insane amount of turnover. I was treated extremely poorly my last year at Apptio and lost all respect for the company that I thought was truly the best place to work.

      They provide decent pay but that's about it

      Cons

      This is honestly one of the worst places to work especially if you're a female. The culture is a old boys club that even some females would in on the discrimination to try and get a step ahead. When you see the news about all the big tech companies having discrimination against females in the workplace, you would think the smaller companies would clean up their act but this is not the case.
