      Pros

      If you value your personal time, stay away. I wasted 1 year at this company and there was no room for growth, even with a relevant Master's degree. I would regularly be assigned work at 9pm-1am, and if I didn't respond immediately I was a "bad employee". You will be overworked because corporate would rather hire 1 director than 10 employees. Lots of turnover, and the company is extremely disorganized. Some locations only had 3 employees- I don't see this company lasting very long.

      None. There was nothing positive.

      Cons

      -refused to hire employees -expected to work at any hour (including past midnight) -managers will call you during your vacation days and get upset if you don't answer/don't work -no raises -executives and directors are toxic, use foul language, and speak poorly of the physicians -managers don't want you to use sick days when you're sick- they want you to come in
