Staff are given discount + money toward brand clothing to wear on shift. It's also a standard work-day, not staying too late (5 or 6 pm).
Cons
A lot of unreasonable expectation is put on staff– if they are understaffed, it somehow becomes your problem when trying to book a couple of days off months in advance (even for holidays). Arbitrary working expectations– you are expected to come in an hour before and after closing but not given tasks to do during this time, so you're just waiting around to start your shift. Management is not flexible about meeting employee needs.
