High turn over, management is too busy to mentor employees, no work life balance

Pros
You get good experience with two pharmacy operating systems. Work hours are relaxed. Allowed to work remotely. Fridge is stocked and plenty of things to eat in the kitchen. Plenty of parking spots. Office is in an okay location, some crime in the area but not too bad. At the time of this review there was construction going on also. Plenty of restaurants and places to eat near I-10.
Cons
Bonus was not paid two times two consecutive years. Bonus is not paid in the year that you are hired and there is no quarterly bonus either. Employee review process is broken, human resources put together an employee review process that was so cryptic that no one understood it. Forget about salary increases. Long hours and work on the weekends is expected. No work life balance. They are big into taking screenshots and show me what you did yesterday using a PowerPoint. Mid management and directors are always fighting and fussing with each other. Technology is considered secondary. Their systems are outdated and no desire to upgrade.
