      Aquant is developing cutting edge technology in a space that desperately needs innovation. - Huge growth potential - Solving unique business problems with Fortune 500 level customers - Very collaborative work environment and atmosphere - Hands on founders who genuinely care about each and every employee

      - Like many start-ups, not all processes and procedures are well defined (this is not always a Con in my opinion)
