Dear Agent, Unfortunately you did not enjoy your time with us. Achieving breakthrough results for each individual is our goal. When the desired goals are not achieved, blame becomes an ugly vehicle for justification. I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your time with Arbie. I wish you the best for your future. Agreed! Leadership is an evolving wisdom that is gained overtime. I do look for the good in everyone and am a fan of providing opportunity to those who are passionate. Arbie Development is a company where you can elevate in a position and find out your true potential in a growing company! Major pluses: One on One with Management Weekly Team Ambitious Styled Culture Mentorship style training Work incentives (not really needed because working with ambitious individuals is a blessing of itself, Brings out the lioness!) Company Outings Birthday Celebrations (Every one loves Cake RON- inside joke) Light, Friendly Yet Professional Environment to truly be yourself in, a unique balance

Cons

Every Job has its Con's, no work place is perfect. But an environment and a culture is crucial, Its a matter if Arbie is a fit for you as you are a fit for it. That simple.. Some people would hate Google and others would never leave. Its a choice. That's an individual prospective and only becomes clear by walking in the door.
