Good vacation time if you can ever take it. Good benefits.

Cons

Toxic environment. Bad management. Even poorer upper management. No accountability for superiors who hypocritically punish subordinates for things they do.

Most staff do care about the residents, their are a few lazy people, as with any job, but overall a very supportive.

Cons

We are constantly short staffed, especially on the weekend. Their is no reason we should not have staff at this company.
