Pros

Nice coworkers do the best they can do and support each other

Cons

Big problems everywhere here and none of them can be fixed.. Leadership blames employees for their own mistakes all the time and won't take responsibility for there own bad decisions even with clients. Ceo Bryan Wish make excuses when clients are not happy and then blames his own team, he's clearly not ready to lead a team and creates a very toxic culture of fear and stress. Pay is bad, no real benefits, no overtime pay, employees never get raises. Company has replaced lot of staff with contract people in India to save $$. Doubt weather clients know that there paying this much for their work to be done by low paid workers using AI. Just sad.

Toxic and broke

Pros

Some great, hardworking coworkers. Remote work.

Cons

Be very, very careful about placing any kind of stock in the positive reviews here. They are clustered together and almost certainly are the result of the ceo asking employees to post on the company's behalf. The lack of negative reviews are a result of a toxic, fear-based culture that has employees worried about retribution. Recent entries start to get at the dysfunction, but suffice it to say: it's a sinking ship. Look elsewhere.

Pros

The staff at Arcbound are friendly and supportive of each other, despite working remotely. They're thoughtful and kind, and teams advocate for each other above all else.

Cons

The company lacks organization in their processes. I believe this leads to them losing out on contracts. No communication between departments, especially when it comes to producing work for clients leads to frustrated customers and in-fighting between teams. They also pay staffers differently, regardless of experience. Men tend to get paid more than women. White people more than people of other races or nationalities.
