Pros

None whatsoever to weigh out the cons.

Cons

Toxic culture. Not sure why they get best place to work at all. May be it’s because of the money they throw. I haven’t been exposed to such bad and fake management ever. *not a place for diverse people or honest people*. You need to play politics if you want to survive in the fake shark world. Seen so many people being hired without any formal process as they were friends with the managers from previous work places. Seen a snr manager and executive with not much talent play politics and play for their benefit. I heard so many things said to me and I was so excited about the company but the lack of intention from my manager made me feel so isolated. The org structure doesn’t make sense. There are few good people too but the management will change them very fast. Seen so many good people laid off just because they aren’t management’s favorite. Management has huge ego. If you go against them even if they’re very wrong, they’ll make sure you’re not in the project. Huge power and no heart. One day they show you their kids pictures next day they’ll yell at you even if they won’t contribute anything to the project. Wish I could name people. Went through so much mental pain throughout, dealt with isolation, made me feel I’m worthless. Even after quitting, I needed many months to get back to feeling better. Don’t recommend to anyone. Not worth the money, food or anything at all. The most intensive bad experience of my life and career.

Pros

A lot of great momentum, but don't believe everything leadership tells you.

Cons

1. Lack of work-life balance and other start-up tech companies do exist where you don't have to check your slack every 15 minutes even into the late working hours. 2. Not interested in change management or diverse thinking (even though they sell you on this in the interview process.) 3. Do not value people who think outside the box; if you want to follow the leader, this is a great company, but if you have a strong personality, walk away. You will lose your job over it. 4. Top HR leadership does not know how to push back on top-level leadership where there are serious HR compliance issues. They allow certain leaders to get away with a lot while others who play by the book get left on the side.

Pros

There is none that I can think of

Cons

I have never seen more discrimination at work place than here. The upper management are some raw young and inexperienced some non-engineers calling themselves leaders where they have no leadership skill. If you see discrimination and bring to their attention they make sure they gang up and hide behind their so-called legal counsel and avoid the problem. The only thing they have learned in leadership is calling themselves Heads of department, like head of people, lol. If these morons are the heads god help the bodies, lol. There are some sell out people here who will do anything to backstab their colleagues for the management’s attention. After all there is a big crack in the upper management that will only widen as the economy goes to the deeper recession and the company runs out of money. Losing their number one con, fired CEO/co-founder, artist will make it harder to mislead the investors to through more cash down the drain by investing in the company. If you care for your professional reputation, and mental health, you better take a u-turn. This white boys club has no room for honest professionals coming from diverse background.
