Little progression Divide between management and workshop

Poor HR-management. I mean for the whole Polish branch one HR without any idea how to treat foreigner documentation processes, despite this is an international Company. Moreover, employee Weronika H. have an exclusive skillset such as being incompetent enough to forget complete your tickets for half of the year, or pretend they never exist. Also would mention that the company is not stable for long relationships. Despite having a contract for a year and endless promises about career grow and etc. They just easily complete your cooperation due to the “business is up and down, and we lost few projects this month”. Imagine relocate somewhere just for the job, and half of the year after you get fired due to the lack of few projects. That’s not serious. My recommendation is avoid offers from this organization if you don’t want to lose your time.
