Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting the pros of working at Archetype SC, such as our flexible schedule and fast-moving culture. We understand your concerns regarding larger contracts and want to provide some context. At the time, we experienced the unfortunate loss of a significant contract due to a leadership change on the client’s end, which was beyond our control. This did result in a reduction in staff, and we’ve since made important changes to our approach to new business. Now, we are careful not to take on contracts that would account for such a large portion of the business without contingency plans in place. We appreciate your input and are continuously learning from these experiences to build a more resilient and stable company.
