Getting a brand name, Good location of the office, getting inspired by Hafeez Contractor

Cons

No Sat-Sunday off, No work life balance. Come at 09.30 AM and leave only after 11 PM. On deadlines which occur on frequent basis you are required to stay for 3-7 days non stop in office, No music, No internet. It's actually a factory made for production, You can't take leave for any much important reason.

One can get huge inspiration and get good opportunity to work on Big scale projects as well as small scale local projects. Its been a Great Experience working with the team.

Cons

Very unhealthy Corporate work atmosphere.
