      Great Development but Tough day to day.

      Pros

      Great Learning and Development Plan for Graduates which was maintained and executed well. PDR's were frequent and clear goals were set to achieve.

      Cons

      Hours were unnecessarily long. Company values were not always upkept by the board. Poor community vibe generally.
