For those individuals only seeking a paycheck, this is not the place for you. This is a place for creative, collaborative, and eager applicants that want an ever-evolving and growing home away from home; a place to grow and learn. If you're able to adapt in the moment, if you excel at creating solutions, and if you enjoy being a part of a team that truly values your effort, AreaTrend wants you.

Cons

As with any company in the throes of growth, there is struggle to find the right candidates to assume open roles. And while I can't promise everyone that applies will be a good fit, I can honestly say AreaTrend will do everything within their power to find a place for the talent they bring to the team.

Worst Management Ever

Okayish Salary, and they're desperate to hire anyone due to high turn over rates.

Cons

Upper Management is fully delusional on expectations of what is possible. Even if they're told the facts, they refuse to make impossible deadlines. Then when those deadlines always fail, blame is always pointed below. I have never seen so much stress or toxic behavior brought on by management in a company in my entire career, then at AreaTrend/Tradefull. This is the first place I have seen both an employee rage quit on the spot and several other employees quit without two weeks notice in an office environment. Upper Management lies constantly both to their clients and their employees. Benefits are horrible.

Pay is good, only work 4 days a week. You get 3 breaks, pto days.

Cons

Going between two different buildings, some upper management employees don't seem to care about what's going on, and basically bully others that they don't personally like.
