Revolving door of leadership, meaning no one knows what they are doing, People get promoted to leaders simply because they are in office. Zero claims experience but they are in office = new claims manager (makes sense right?) RTO mandate, losing years of experience. RTO mandate but no offices to return to. Entire departments let go, replaced with temps that are remote. (Makes sense right?)
