The people operations team is good, they provide quick solutions. The team I worked with was amazing, we made great team that supported each other in this terrible working environment.
Cons
Arive needs to review their management level team, they lack of leadership skills which create a toxic environment. The team leaders liked to alienate others that are not on their team, which is unnecessary because we worked all together between teams. There is a major lack of transparency. We're normally only informed just basic things, even for big change in operations, they always delivered the news very last minute and it left the people felt lost. There was never a performance review, not even after probation time. There is no room here for the people to grow. The team leaders have tendency to ghost people around with questions that we had. They kept hiring people to sugar-coat the real situation of the company, however they fired more than 50percent of the people. I and my team had months of work without break and nobody even bothered to ask. They pretended to care about us and always asked for feedback, at the end of the day our feedbacks about the work environment were never really taken into account, only those feedbacks that profiting the operations.
