Pros

Like everyone else the Coffee/Tea selection is good. Easy access to 290 & 355 expressways. Modern building with good work areas.

Cons

Harold Stack is no longer CEO. Actually Arjo is on it's 3rd CEO just this year alone. RED FLAG!!! Company going through a large transformation. Estimated 1,100 jobs will be eliminated once transformation is completed in the next few years. First round of job cuts on their way. SAP migration project to convert 3 legacy ERP systems. Too early to tell if this will be a success as many individuals who had legacy ERP knowledge are no longer with company. Stay away from IT department, poor management.

Pros

If you want to add some function or experience to your career, than ArjoHuntleigh / Getinge Group can help with that. However, I wouldn't plan on being here for a long time. The slow pace will wear you down. Plus, the leadership turns like a revolving door and they get B players at best. The one good thing (slightly negative from a different perspective) is that this won't be your most strenuous job. If you are good at what you do, chances are that they will like you and you will continue on. However, don't look for them to advance your career.

Cons

Very slow pace. Excruciatingly slow. Leadership turns over all the time and nothing gets accomplished. There is really no sense of urgency. If you think they have your best interests or any interests for that matter, think again. The HR team is abysmal.
