The company, at its core, is a small family-owned business. The co-executives, a married couple, allow their personal lives to intrude upon the business realm at an overwhelming frequency. More critically, the absence of genuine professional experience and leadership qualities in both of them is a significant concern. During the recruitment phase, they make lofty promises that any experienced candidate would quickly recognize as overreaching. One of the few benefits they offer is a slightly above-average salary; however, the payment schedule is inconsistent. Poor management, combined with poorly implemented advice from ambiguously sourced consultancy firms, results in an environment riddled with unprofessionalism and inefficiency. This is exacerbated by the frequent disagreements and indecisions between the couple, stemming from personal issues, which stunt progress. Regrettably, the company’s leadership frequently employs verbal mistreatment, and dismissals are often based on fabricated grievances voiced by one of the spouses. If one is prudent and fortunate, they would resign before facing such consequences. Lastly, it’s worth noting that a significant majority of the projects acquired, presumably under grand promises, are currently on the brink of non-renewal due to unsatisfactory service. Many of these projects are being lost to more competent firms. I'd advise caution for those who value their time and reputation when considering engagement with this entity.”
