- You’ll get thick skin fast - Everyday you’ll learn a bit more about office politics

Cons

- Shocking company leadership. Leadership is not a word I would associate with this company. It’s dictatorial only. - leadership team is mostly of people who’ve worked there for over 15 years+ any fresh eyes in leadership quickly realise it’s a waste of time and either leave or are pushed. - UK leadership very much looks out for their own and themselves. Not a combined effort and can be very selfish.
