      1. One of the most structured and systematic MFI 2. Employee centric 3. Good work culture

      Cons

      1. HR's role is only of a facilitator, not much scope for innovation in HR 2. More centric to field staff (operations) as compared to support staff 3. Lack of foresightedness under the current situation

      The best thing about Arohan is it works for the upliftment of poor people of India. It gave some job opportunity to NE people.

      Cons

      Worst HR policy. Which made only for harrase lower level official of the company.Totally Meaningless.
