      Training courses from the headquarter.

      Low morale and limited chance of growth in the organization. They tend to hire someone from outside rather than promoting within. People got overloaded...

      Great company with nice opportunities. Really nice employees.

      Cons

      Ones tendency to micromanage is making it difficult for us to perform at our best. Additionally, the lack of respect in their interactions is affecting team morale. More respectful and trusting management style would be beneficial for the team.
