      The benefits were good and fair.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment, with workplace harassment from management and employees. There is clear favoritism, exploitation, and a lack of professionalism from the management team. Overall, a very unhealthy and unprofessional atmosphere.

      Good products, great people (particularly in Miramar and at their factory in Mexico), and remote work (for regional sales directors)

      Cons

      Arteche is managed by a closed circle of nepotistic leaders/managers in the Basque Country of Northern Spain who have a poor level of understanding of the U.S. business environment, which has led to poor decision-making and destructive policies.
