      Supportive leadership including MD CEO, HR & Regional Head management actively understands employee concerns. Leadership team work closely with downline teams to build effective strategies and improve performance. Good leave Policy with extra leaves during festival seasons. Encouragement for new ideas and innovation. Competitive salary offerings. Comfortable and well maintained seating workspace. Well beaing for employees healths. 2 Saturday offs.

      Please do not consider working for this company under any circumstances. Most of the "good reviews" you see online are completely fake—they are forcibly written by employees under pressure, not genuine feedback. Employees are not paid their salaries on time, and in some cases, salaries are withheld entirely. Management reportedly uses intimidation and coercion to suppress complaints, creating a toxic and unsafe work environment. If you value your time, career, and mental health, stay far away from this company. There are much better workplaces that actually respect employees and pay them fairly.

      Pros

      Honestly, the best part of working here is the team. People are genuinely helpful and there’s a real lack of "ego" in day-to-day collaboration. If you’re stuck on a project, someone will usually jump in to help without making it a big deal.

      Cons

      Because the company has grown so fast, some of the internal systems are lagging. Simple approvals can sometimes take three different "check-ins" which slows down momentum.
