      Pros

      Good WiFi product, stands up against Cisco, the 1000lbs gorilla in networking.

      Cons

      Bad internal politics after acquisition by HPE. Toxic sales culture, sales people find poor fit opportunities and sales engineers get blamed when deals go bad. Extremely poor work life balance. Sales engineers spend half their time doing CYA. Scope creep, prepare to be presales, implementation and support for customers. Toxic team members who shirk work and play politics do not get penalized. Stay away!

      Some nice people around, and good colleagues will try to work things out together. Having good portfolio across organization that yet to bring out the best potential

      Wrong system set and politic crippled team fundamental trust, only if everyone has been set with common goal.
