Pros
I love working at Arux! It's one of the only places I've worked that makes me feel respected through the culture, salary, and benefits. They make it clear that they value my skill set, but also what I bring to the team as an individual. Great place to work if you want to be in control of your day-to-day, enjoy self-starting, and have fun setting ambitious goals for yourself.
Cons
I think it would be harder to work here if you are not very self-motivated and do best when someone sets direction for you rather than you setting it for yourself and your team.
