      Pros

      Work from home, there's a lot of autonomy and there are some nice and helpful people that work there.

      Cons

      Too much back-biting and nice nasty behavior. When help is requested because you don't know exactly how to do something, it is assumed that you do and you are dismissed to figure it out.
