- The company has very little idea about what business model is feasible and has been blindly testing out different projects in unsensible short terms, wasting both engineers' time and its own money. The robot team is probably doing a slightly better job, though. But in general, the business and management is a disaster.
- There are low performers in the team who are put into important roles just because they came to the company earlier than others. It's been like this since the first day I joined and I don't see a sign of change when I left.
- The few CTOs we had/have here are really inexperienced for the position.
- Many talented people have left and there are only around 20 engineers now, and only a few are senior. If you want to improve your skills by learning from your peers, it's probably not a good place anymore.
