Working for the Scandinavian Mafia

Pros

Benifits are OK. The other general employees are talented and good to work with. It can be a good job if you can work remote or in the non core part of the buisness or are made by the mob. Non Scandinavias are typically "made" for enforcer jobs which are great for people that get off on ham handed domination and micromanagement of the long time employees. A-morale/Machiavevellan skills are admired and can be rewarded.

Cons

At HQ all general employees work under security camera and microphone except in the restrooms and the managers offices. For each employee most managers are notified after over 120 seconds of PC inactivity. People have been directed by managers to find people in the restoom due to PC inactivity. These people being monitor are making 6 figures. You are also expected to answer your phone at all houring including for late night brow beatings. Customer facing employees are routinely put in positions unprepared with defective products. Employees are directed to do things that can damage their future credibilty with customers/future employeers. Employees can be blamed for things beyond there control.
