Pros

Having been here for 10 years, I can say it was once a fantastic place to grow with a solid foundation and great colleagues.

Cons

India office CEO has now no Power in his hands. UK Management's direction has become unpredictable over the last 3 years, leading to the loss of major long-term clients. Long-tenured employees (10+ years) are leaving in waves. The compensation structure is no longer competitive; 2-3% appraisals—even for top performers—combined with 6-month delays in the review cycle makes it difficult for staff to feel valued.

No Workload: A lack of meaningful work or sufficient workload often leads to unproductive and idle time. Good Salary Package: Despite the issues, the salary package is good and competitive.

Cons

Favoritism: There is a noticeable bias towards certain individuals, especially those favored by the management, regardless of their actual performance. Gender Bias: Certain employees receive preferential treatment based on gender, without considering their professional capabilities or contributions. Nepotism: Hiring and promotion practices are heavily influenced by personal relationships rather than merit or qualifications. Ineffective Management: The management lacks the necessary skills to lead the company effectively. Inconsistent Rules: Policies and rules are not applied consistently to everyone; decisions are often arbitrary and unfair. Lack of Meritocracy: Top management makes employment decisions without considering the knowledge or competence of the employees.
