Good except things related to Microsoft

Good talented people that making their best to do ambitious games.
Cons
Unfortunately the relationship with Microsoft IS really complicated and infuse pressure to all the management and to the team. In consequence, crunch, have the impression that the all project has really fragile basis.

Very good spirit inside of the studio, I really appreciate the teams and the challenging projects. I've been there for over 6 years now and it's really a pleasure. You can evolve and take responsibility, everyone has their chance. (+ Bonuses and benefits)
