Pros

The people. I have never worked with a team of kinder, more conscientious PR people. Leadership treats people like people instead of merely assets, people with personal lives and unique needs. We are a tight-nit team but also enjoy the benefits of a large organization with global offices.

Cons

Excellence is demanded of everyone (which I appreciate, but it can be intense). People are held to high standards and we are expected to progress and grow in our capabilities as we gain experience.

Pros

I genuinely enjoy working at Aspectus Group. In an industry like PR, communications, and marketing where change is constant and pressure is high, that says a lot. I will start by saying I rarely leave reviews but I felt it was important to share my experience. One of the biggest indicators of how well this business is run is the low turnover rate, both for clients and employees. That kind of stability does not happen by accident. It reflects strong leadership, smart strategy and a culture that prioritizes long term relationships over short term wins. At a time when many companies are cutting back, Aspectus continues to hire and maintain a healthy client pipeline. That stability and continued growth are a testament to how well the business is managed. It creates a sense of confidence and momentum that you do not always find in this industry. Personally, I have been promoted multiple times during my time here. There is real room to grow if you are willing to put in the work. Yes, you have to work hard, but that is a given in this field. What is not a given is a strong return on your effort. Here, the ROI as an employee is high. Leadership truly puts resources behind their words. If you show drive and consistently deliver, they reward you not just financially, though compensation and bonus schemes are competitive at all levels, but also through meaningful career development and personalized support. For me, as a mom of two, flexibility has been essential. Aspectus has worked with me to create a schedule that allows me to meet both my professional and family responsibilities. I still put in the work, of course, but the fact that leadership actively enables that balance rather than just talking about it is rare. Many companies say they support working parents. Here, they actually follow through. The leadership team genuinely cares, and that culture flows from the C suite down. The global and regional CEOs have open doors. There are regular trainings, clear career paths, structured growth plans, bonus schemes at all levels, and opportunities to travel and collaborate with colleagues across global offices if that is of interest. Overall, Aspectus is a place where hard work is recognized, growth is real, and people are treated like long term investments, not short term resources. I am proud to work here and grateful for the opportunities I have had to grow both professionally and personally.

Cons

The culture is performance-driven, which means accountability is real. If you are not proactive or self-motivated, you may find it challenging. For those who are ambitious, though, that culture creates real opportunity.

Pros

Having worked at Aspectus for a decent amount of time, I have seen the US team grow in many ways, but at the center of it all has been the leadership team's dedication to ensuring the team is well-positioned for success. Aspectus draws on a culture of learning and progressing. The company does this by ensuring that each member has their own KPIs and has an open line of communication with direct reports.  Like any PR agency, there are times when clients can be demanding, but Aspectus excels at appreciating team members for their hard work. Hard work is not overlooked. Additionally, being a global agency allows you to expand your PR experience and learn from colleagues from various regions. Overall, my time at Aspectus has been very fruitful, and I look forward to seeing the organization continue to grow.

Cons

No glaring red flags. No organization is perfect, however Aspectus actively looks to do the best for each of their employees.
