      Pros

      HIPPA training, and call experience.

      Cons

      Extremely hostile and negative environment . No room for growth. They make you feel like a worthless mule. They down sized and lost business. One of the supervisors is extremely rude and will make you feel like a fool if you ask any questions. They will bring you down, racist supervisors, and will fire anyone they dont like. They will push you to collect money when their is nothing to work due to lack of accounts. Dont ever bother asking for help, you will be scolded and looked at as you are a nuisance for even asking. Major favoritism.

      Pros

      Good training when you are hired. Supervisors are good about approving vacation requests. I cannot think of anything else that is positive.

      Cons

      No room for career advancement. Negative and hostile work environment. The supervisors take no responsibility for anything and will let their reps fail, instead of coaching them to improve.

      They will hire anyone (unless your over 40)

      Cons

      Don't waste your time investing yourself here. Other agencies know the value of an employee and are willing to pay you what your worth. You may spend years here trying to reach 50k and in the end you could have that at another agency and a positive experience.
