Currently, my supervisor is very good to work for. She does not try to micromanage but allows me to do my job. She has been very helpful when there was a problem that needed resolving.
Cons
In the past, I have had a supervisor that was almost abusive in her emails. However, I believe the company has tried to correct this problem.
