      PTO, Casual Friday, Flexibility

      Cons

      Promoting/hiring wrong people for job advancement. Many never had management training or skill sets. Upper management failed to recognize the issues and believe that the organization is one of the best place to work for. It is not. People with experience/ skill set are over looked and promotes individuals with no background. Then management wonder why the department isn't effective, efficient and meeting the yearly goals.

      Bad management company and no room to grow!!

      Pros

      Had good people working for the company before ownership changed and leadership cared about their employees. They have a nice office in Tempe

      Cons

      Lots of chiefs but no direction/leadership from COO. Benefits are no good and ownership don't care about employees. Just want to make money at any cost and this will be the downturn of the company!
