Nothing they are not a good company.
Cons
They micromanage every employee, and work people like slaves, the pay is very low compared to the work load, no work/life balance, and the management are toxic. For instance, you dont scream at a new hire to see if you can break them before they join the union. Then brag about to other workers. Horrible and discriminatory and they rush you around the city taking public transit with heavy luggage.
