Pros

They will get you a guard card

Cons

low pay. you have to stay there until someone comes to relieve you, which unless your at a location where management actually shows up to make sure you do your job you can be waiting for awhile. People can clock in from the phones so they can clock in on time and still show up an hour later. they mass hire so you end up working with all kinds of people. The end up mass hiring because everyone quits on a moments notice, or they were fired. they hire you as a full time officer but give you part time hours. the account managers will not hesitate to threaten you with your job. no benefits unless your an account manager. no paid time off or sick leave unless you have been with the company for over a year. Of course they don't provide health insurance unless your an account manager

Pros

Much opportunity for overtime. Very reliable place to work

Cons

The Starting Pay could be better. I had to really work hard to reach the pay I'm currently at. Communication needs to be better.
