Little to no room for growth. Everyone is underpaid and upper management not actively promoting employee growth.

Good benefits and they provide uniforms there's some nice people but a lot of them are so hipocris!!

Cons

Don't pay enough !! They work you like a damn horse to many hours and the sacrifices that we have to do as technicians away from your family while upper mngt is at home with their love ones!! Operations managers have a lot a favorites and to many family members within the shop and they aleays get the best deals its bullcrap!! With the amount of money that KEN is making he should be paying the tech. More money hourly!!

Horrible management, that will back stab you in a moments notice. Does not care about your health or safety. Also does not care about employee or their family. Just a ethical Nightmare. Understaffed and over worked.
