      Pros

      I worked ATAGO from 2021-2022 and my experience at ATAGO at service department was positive. Sadly, I had to go back to Japan because of my VISA. I was always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new for service department. Everybody was nice and friendly. I also enjoyed every company events. ATAGO is small company, so everybody was like family.

      Atago is high brand, so we have to dress up like professional.

      The other sales associates are very kind.

      Cons

      Very hierarchical and very rigid business culture. Not out of the norm to hear the CEO berating employees and demeaning supervisors and sales associates. Often used scare tactics to improve employee performance, which doesn’t work, and is the reason why the employee retention rate is very low.
