      Diverse project types and there are opportunities to learn. Welfare is considered pretty good and company sometimes organise gatherings outside of work to bond.

      Cons

      work is more on the technical side than creative side if that is your priority.

      Work Life Balance, Friendly colleagues and supervisors that are very willing to share knowledge, Opportunities to learn new skillsets, Good exposure to interesting projects

      Cons

      Difficult to bring changes in management system, higher ups are often too busy to help streamline your learning opportunities and end up doing more pop up tasks. Requests brought up have to wait for approval from the main headquarters and it usually takes quite a long time such as salary approvals.
