      friendly environment; easy-going; interesting areas for business development; innovative project areas with frequent changes that open your views to new technologies and emerging research areas

      Cons

      If you are the type of person that prefers strict and well defined policies and procedures you may be disappointed as the situation is always quite loose and there you will never find strict organisational procedures. The hierarchy is quite flat with only a few levels which will not provide you with many opportunities to develop within the company

      Great culture. Pays on time. New technologies. The management is always there to help and solve problems.

      Cons

      Work-life balance is an issue for some teams. Seniority is not very much clear. Less quality focus on the product delivery due to poor design, analysis and implementation. No test / quality assurance teams. Salary below standards. Free slack version causing history deletion each year. Confluence single account which is shared between employees.
