Never got to do the job I was hired for, instead stayed in the warehouse the majority of the time testing products, I was spoken to about sitting in a chair rather than standing when I had already talked to someone else about it because I had a very hurt leg. I was fired after 1 month for no reason other than "it's not working out." The company is mostly made up of women, which sounds great because they reel you into the company by saying it's woman-focused and everyone works together — everyone talks about everyone else behind their back and blames their mistakes on everyone else!

Since it's a small company a lot of things are still being figured out as you go - you sometimes need to forge your own path to get things done.
