      Compensation Unlimited potential to grown the business.

      Cons

      Micromanaging Weekly reminders that your job could be on the line if result’s weren’t favorable. Office space / environment not conducive to being able to be productive. Leadership that doesn’t believe in Team Building or supporting his direct reports. Leadership who doesn’t believe in or trust your ability to produce at a high level without getting in the way! High turnover of good employees due to organizational disfunction.

      Pros

      I had a great manager but that's rare. They worked with my hours available and was very understanding and tried hard despite people above them.

      Cons

      Stressful for everyone. Seeing my manager always sick and stressed. Low pay with high crazy expectations. Nothing was ever good enough. If you accomplish anything, it's never good job but always "why didn't you do this too" from higher ups. If your a manager you have to work 55 hours when other places are 44-48. Most higher ups have a mentality that you can't say no to anything. You're just another number to them.
