Pros
There are a lot of talented and friendly people that want to improve the product/company. Full-remote provides a lot of personal flexibility.
Cons
Leadership is terrible. There's no culture and a complete lack of transparency regarding company direction and financial status. The product changes so rapidly that there's no time to think about better, more sustainable implementation practices. No avenues for feedback means that processes will never change and that your words will go unheard. Treatment of employees is questionable at best. The CEO makes it clear he does not care about you.
