A challenging and enriching experience with good opportunities for lateral movements within e organization. Good training programs and very great product offerings that are way ahead of competitors.

Cons

Benefits are skewed towards higher management. Global benefits for all employees had been truncated at local level. budget travel for middle managers and below market remuneration for senior staff. Do not believe in internal promotion.
