Pros
none, they preach its all about the staff while giving us 0.50 raises per year, and the CEO gets 6 figure bonuses while we worked short staffed with combative patients getting assaulted and asked what we could do different so the crazy patient would not have assaulted us
Cons
pay was low, benefits were awful, could not use PTO when needed, abusive patients with no recourse
