The extra meetings, committees, interviews, events that you are expected to go to outside of scheduled hours is overkill

Decent community and large hospital, good benefits (but subpar health insurance for a hospital), a lot of community discounts

Cons

For health insurance compared to other hospital systems, this is the worst I’ve seen. Pay really isn’t great considering cost of living here.
