      It was a short commute.

      Cons

      Private equity ownership installed incompetent executives. It quickly became a rudderless company that devalued everything that had made the company successful. Long-term clients fled due a model that eliminated client service. Clients became "customers" and service meant selling "products" that no client wanted. Within 2.5 years of new executive team, a 30-year-old company was out of business.
